SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
Moving forward, when booking any service online, via phone or in person there will be a 50% service deposit to reserve your appointment time. The 50% deposit will then go toward your service that day. 

If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, and you are within the 24 hour timeframe, the 50% deposit will move with your appointment as long as you choose the RESCHEDULE option, if you CANCEL your appointment and then reschedule your appointment you will have a deposit on both appointments - Please let us know and we can update your account.

If you are outside the 24 hour timeframe, the 50% deposit will not transfer over to your rescheduled/changed appointment and will then be forfeited.

**Same day appointment changes are subject to service provider availability & approval**

SCHEDULING MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS:
We have a new process for scheduling Microblading appointments.
Currently(until the end of Jan 2023) when setting up

a 1st time new Microblading appointment, the cost is split between 4 appointments:

  • $75 at the consultation

  • $25 x 2 for clean ups

  • $375 at 1st Microblading appt= $500

Moving forward, as of February 2024, the breakdown will look like this:

We will require a 50% deposit upfront when scheduling any Microblading appointments the day of the consultation. For clients scheduling 6 month - 2 year Microblading Touch Up appointments the deposit will be taken over the phone/in store at time of scheduling.

The remainder of the cost will be paid at the first Microblading appointment.

  • $250 at the consultation appt

  • $250 at 1st Microblading appt = $500

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:
If you think you may be late to your scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a small grace period of 5 -10 minutes depending on the service and required timing. If you arrive after the grace period of 5 -10 mins, your appointment will then fall into the "less than 24 hour cancelation policy." The service fee will be applied and you will need to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling, changing or canceling your scheduled Waxing, Lamination, Lash Lift, Facial & Microneedling service appointment.
*Microblading appointments require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule*
You are able to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment(s) online with the Vagaro App/Website or by calling us directly during business hours. If you need any assistance with using the
Vagaro App, we are happy to assist you!
(Communication via social media/email is not a valid form of cancelation)


If you are outside the 24 hour timeframe (*72 hrs for Microblading*), there is an automatic 50% service fee for your scheduled service(s). This includes 1st time appointments as well. If you are feeling unwell or sick, we ask that you kindly reschedule. Any cancelations/rescheduling due to illness related circumstances will still be charged the cancelation service fee. For No Show/ No Call appointments (excluding Microblading appts) you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you have a Microblading/ Microblading Touch up/ 6m-2yr Microblading Touch up appointment scheduled and you No Show/No Call you will be charged 100% of the appointment service cost. By scheduling these appointments you are agreeing to the cancelation/no show policy.

Emergencies & Unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion.
